How to Return an Item

- Print the return authorization and shipping-label
Request return authorization online or give us a call. You’ll then be able to print the return shipping label and authorization.

- Prepare your package
Carefully package the items in a shipping box with the return authorization and attach the return-shipping label.

- Ship your package
Take the package to any UPS, USPS or DHL drop-off location and you’re done.
60-Day Returns
You may return or exchange a complete, new product for any reason within 60 days. Defective products are covered by exchange only. Additional exclusions apply.
Product Warranties
Products sold on Avaxos are generally covered by both Avaxos’s return policy and the product manufacturer’s warranty. Details are listed under the Warranty tab on each item’s product page:

- The item’s Avaxos return policy is listed under Return Policies.
- The manufacturer warranty is listed under Warranty.
Backorders cancellation/return policy
Orders containing both backorder and in-stock items may have the backordered items canceled at the customer’s request. Backorder cancellations and/or modifications must be requested no later than seven business days prior to their release date. Cancelling backordered items may result in a 15% cancellation fee. Refunds, minus the cancellation fee, are issued through the original payment method.
In some circumstances, you can be charged a restocking fee when an item is returned. These circumstances include when an item is returned outside of Avaxos’s return policy or in used, damaged, defective, or materially different condition. Items returned in original condition and within our policy guidelines cannot be charged a restocking fee. We are not required to accept returns beyond the return window. However, if we do, you can also be charged a restocking fee.
A restocking fee is a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the type of item and its condition upon return (item price does not include shipping costs). Only returned items are eligible for a restocking fee. The refund workflow will help you calculate the restocking fee for eligible items, and deduct it from the refund you issue to your customer based on the guidelines outlined in the table below.
Important Details and Exclusions
Refund or exchange option: You may choose an exchange or a refund for the returned product.
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the same credit card, debit card, PayPal, gift certificate, store credit account, digital currency wallet or other form of payment used on your original transaction. Only money orders are non-refundable and instead are issued as store credit upon return.
Non-refundable exclusions include select products such as those noted as non-refundable in the product description, pre-cut wire, all software, downloads or digital content, installation labor, and special order or made-to-order products (e.g. vehicle alternators).
Products must be new and show no signs of use or installation or Avaxos will refuse the return or charge a restocking fee. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or a restocking fee include:

- Any sign of use – including installation, scratches, or other signs of use such as physical marking, screw holes, ect.

- Tags, stickers and other manufacturer labels that have been removed or tampered with.

- The product is missing parts or the original product packaging has been damaged or tampered with.

- The product has a different serial number than the one Avaxos shipped.
-
- Physical damage from drops, liquid, mishandling, ect.

- Any returned product that was damaged due to improper packaging.
Bonus products, promotional bundles, free accessories, loyalty points and gift cards or other products that are not returned, but were included in a promotion with the product returned, will be deducted their full individually listed price from any credit or refund issued. Similarly, promotional products that are returned without their corresponding bundled product may not be credited.
Damaged product and/or shipping box due to shipping: You have 10 calendar days from your delivery date to notify Avaxos of any damage that occurred during shipment.
When will I get my refund or replacement? After we receive your product, we normally process your exchange or refund within three business days. Some products require additional testing or evaluation.
How will I know if you’ve received my return? We will email you a Return Received notice detailing that your return has been received. An additional email will be sent following the completion of the return process.
Defective Products
A defective product is covered through an exchange of the same product within our return period. If the product is discontinued, you will be eligible for non-refundable store credit towards another product. After 60 days a defective product is covered under warranty coverage as stated above. Any product missing manufacturer packaging, accessories or parts (including those promotional in nature) will be exchanged only for the same product with the aforementioned packaging, accessories and parts not being included upon the exchange (we exchange exactly what you send us). In the event a product is returned missing accessories and/or packaging, and the product is not in stock for exchange, we will send the product for warranty repair, regardless of the purchase date.
Return Shipping Costs
For most returns, we offer an incredibly discounted UPS or DHL shipping label program for UK, US and Canadian customers that can be purchased directly through your Avaxos account.
Original paid shipping costs for orders that do not include free shipping are deducted from your refund, store credit or exchange towards alternate products. For example, if you order includes free shipping there is no deduction; however, shipments that include express shipping will be charged a fee.
International customers and those outside UK, Canada and the continuous United States are responsible for all shipping costs, and your original shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.
Missing a Package or Never Received Your Order?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please do the following within 36 hours of the expected, stated delivery:

- Verify the shipping address on the order is where you have been looking for the package.

- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

- Look around the delivery location for your package.
-
- See if someone else such as a neighbor or co-worker has accepted the delivery.

- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail or packages.

I bought this GPU for only for gaming. This is an absolutely beautiful GPU. Very minimalistic and surprisingly compact. It can easily handle games high refresh rates with all settings maxed out and stays pretty cool and quiet under load.
Its a little expensive but you do get what you pay for I suppose.
This gpu is awesome, just make sure you’re not bottlenecking it cpu wise. I was a little disappointed because i didn’t realize my 2600x would mess with my performance on some games but it’s still an awesome card. I’m this case it was my fault for not doing enough research.
Amazing GPU, I upgraded from an old GTX 970 and the performance is insane! The FPS in every game is almost tripled. Temps are about 36C to 70C depending on the load
Speed up in games is very noticeable. Temps are not out of range. Highly recommended.
I’ve had the card for few months now without issue. It plays all the newest games at the highest settings at 1440p. While it doesn’t always max out my 144Hz G-sync monitor, it still stays well above 60fps.

Gets great performance in really any game @ 1440p. If you’re looking to game @ 4k reliably I’d probably go with something beefier. But anyways, the reference design is great and my card has kept very cool (even in the cramped ITX case I’ve got it jammed in to). All I can say is I wish it had a bit more VRAM. Running multiple displays + a VR headset nearly maxes it out.
This was my first RTX from Nvidia and was perfect I never thought this wonderful masterpiece would give the best performance in all the games. Actually, I will recommend this RTX 3070 for everyone who has the opportunity to have one. Good luck

This is an amazing card all around. I wanted this card specifically because I really like the aesthetics. It’s a very sleek looking card with a premium feel to it.
I don’t know how I was Lucky enough to Buy one on Release but so Far the 3070 does everything I need and more. My Last Graphics Card was a 970 so I definitely needed an Upgrade on my new’ish build, and got lucky on release.
Great purchase if it’s for msrp. Preformed better than a 2080 and surprisingly quiet with low temps. Get 120+ FPS with DLSS on warzone.
Love this GPU, I came from a RX 580 so this was definitely a noticeable upgrade. I bought 3 of them they’re so good lol. But great GPU overall 🙂

Good card for 1080p, 144Hz at ultra detail everything. Haven’t tested it yet at 1440p or 4k. I think those gigs of vrams are okay for now but won’t be enough for future games.

Amazing card, amazing value.
Absolutely one of the best values for a gaming card. I’ve been using for 1440p gaming and haven’t had any issues maxing out with 120+ FPS. Some RTX and really demanding games will run a bit slower, but completely still playable.
Stellar Performance. Excellent Price.
An excellent jump from the previous generation. On par and/or exceeds frame rates of the 1080ti. Price point is fantastic and with further Nvidia software updates, this will end up being one of the best GPU’s for the price. The only concern I have is with installing this into a mini-itx build. The blower style exhausts heat right into the path of a traditional air tower cooler. Not an issue if you’re using the water cooling method, but I lean towards air cooled itx builds and can see this being an issue, unless the case is properly vented. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the unit, even if it does cause a little more heat in temps.
Perfect card for my 1440p rig. Was a little worried about only 8 gigs of vram but I think it’ll be ok. The 2x 8 pin to 12pin dongle doesnt look great but if it bothers me to much I can get the custom cable for my psu to clean up the lines. If you can’t get a 3080 this wont disappoint.
Good for everything except situational 4k.
I purchased this as an upgrade for my desktop to play World of Warcraft: Shadowlands on a 4k BenQ 60hz display at 4k Ultra 10 RT enabled as the goal and at least 50+ FPS everywhere.
For the most part, 4k Ultra 10 RT enabled HIGH was playable with small dips into the low 50s until I hit Ardenweald, Bastion and some Shadowland instances and frame rates took bad hit into the 20’s and 30’s. Scaling back to 1440p render, everything was back to rock solid 60+ fps everywhere but that wasn’t my goal. I wanted 4k.
At 1440p, this is a GREAT card for everything I’ve encountered but it really isn’t a true 4k card.
I ended up upgrading to a 3090 and now all is well, but if you are looking for a lights out 1080 or 1440p with some 4k gaming with limitations and want DLSS and RT support to boot, you can’t go wrong with this card.
For this price, the performance is amazing. I can throw any game at it and it runs it like it’s nothing. Great card but hard to acquire!

The first GPU in the 30 series I was actually able to get my hands on.
It runs games like AC Valhalla at 2K fine on my 75 Hz monitor and can probably provide higher frame rates with a better monitor.
No issues with the card thus far and I use it for a mixture of work and gaming.
I would recommend either this card or the new 3060 Ti given the great price to performance .

I got super lucky with getting this graphics card, I installed it into my PC to replace my older gtx1060 and what a difference it made both in terms of performance and in looks. I really bought it for VR gaming and the performance doesn’t disappoint, if you can get your hands on a 3070 it’s definitely worth it.
