How to Return an Item

- Print the return authorization and shipping-label
Request return authorization online or give us a call. You’ll then be able to print the return shipping label and authorization.

- Prepare your package
Carefully package the items in a shipping box with the return authorization and attach the return-shipping label.

- Ship your package
Take the package to any UPS, USPS or DHL drop-off location and you’re done.
60-Day Returns
You may return or exchange a complete, new product for any reason within 60 days. Defective products are covered by exchange only. Additional exclusions apply.
Product Warranties
Products sold on Avaxos are generally covered by both Avaxos’s return policy and the product manufacturer’s warranty. Details are listed under the Warranty tab on each item’s product page:

- The item’s Avaxos return policy is listed under Return Policies.
- The manufacturer warranty is listed under Warranty.
Backorders cancellation/return policy
Orders containing both backorder and in-stock items may have the backordered items canceled at the customer’s request. Backorder cancellations and/or modifications must be requested no later than seven business days prior to their release date. Cancelling backordered items may result in a 15% cancellation fee. Refunds, minus the cancellation fee, are issued through the original payment method.
In some circumstances, you can be charged a restocking fee when an item is returned. These circumstances include when an item is returned outside of Avaxos’s return policy or in used, damaged, defective, or materially different condition. Items returned in original condition and within our policy guidelines cannot be charged a restocking fee. We are not required to accept returns beyond the return window. However, if we do, you can also be charged a restocking fee.
A restocking fee is a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the type of item and its condition upon return (item price does not include shipping costs). Only returned items are eligible for a restocking fee. The refund workflow will help you calculate the restocking fee for eligible items, and deduct it from the refund you issue to your customer based on the guidelines outlined in the table below.
Important Details and Exclusions
Refund or exchange option: You may choose an exchange or a refund for the returned product.
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the same credit card, debit card, PayPal, gift certificate, store credit account, digital currency wallet or other form of payment used on your original transaction. Only money orders are non-refundable and instead are issued as store credit upon return.
Non-refundable exclusions include select products such as those noted as non-refundable in the product description, pre-cut wire, all software, downloads or digital content, installation labor, and special order or made-to-order products (e.g. vehicle alternators).
Products must be new and show no signs of use or installation or Avaxos will refuse the return or charge a restocking fee. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or a restocking fee include:

- Any sign of use – including installation, scratches, or other signs of use such as physical marking, screw holes, ect.

- Tags, stickers and other manufacturer labels that have been removed or tampered with.

- The product is missing parts or the original product packaging has been damaged or tampered with.

- The product has a different serial number than the one Avaxos shipped.

- Physical damage from drops, liquid, mishandling, ect.

- Any returned product that was damaged due to improper packaging.
Bonus products, promotional bundles, free accessories, loyalty points and gift cards or other products that are not returned, but were included in a promotion with the product returned, will be deducted their full individually listed price from any credit or refund issued. Similarly, promotional products that are returned without their corresponding bundled product may not be credited.
Damaged product and/or shipping box due to shipping: You have 10 calendar days from your delivery date to notify Avaxos of any damage that occurred during shipment.
When will I get my refund or replacement? After we receive your product, we normally process your exchange or refund within three business days. Some products require additional testing or evaluation.
How will I know if you’ve received my return? We will email you a Return Received notice detailing that your return has been received. An additional email will be sent following the completion of the return process.
Defective Products
A defective product is covered through an exchange of the same product within our return period. If the product is discontinued, you will be eligible for non-refundable store credit towards another product. After 60 days a defective product is covered under warranty coverage as stated above. Any product missing manufacturer packaging, accessories or parts (including those promotional in nature) will be exchanged only for the same product with the aforementioned packaging, accessories and parts not being included upon the exchange (we exchange exactly what you send us). In the event a product is returned missing accessories and/or packaging, and the product is not in stock for exchange, we will send the product for warranty repair, regardless of the purchase date.
Return Shipping Costs
For most returns, we offer an incredibly discounted UPS or DHL shipping label program for UK, US and Canadian customers that can be purchased directly through your Avaxos account.
Original paid shipping costs for orders that do not include free shipping are deducted from your refund, store credit or exchange towards alternate products. For example, if you order includes free shipping there is no deduction; however, shipments that include express shipping will be charged a fee.
International customers and those outside UK, Canada and the continuous United States are responsible for all shipping costs, and your original shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.
Missing a Package or Never Received Your Order?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please do the following within 36 hours of the expected, stated delivery:

- Verify the shipping address on the order is where you have been looking for the package.

- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

- Look around the delivery location for your package.
-
- See if someone else such as a neighbor or co-worker has accepted the delivery.

- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail or packages.

This graphics card is awesome! The most power I’ve ever had. Be careful that it pulls a lot more power than older and cheaper cards. Particularly when playing Rainbow Six Siege.

Excellent graphics card, no complaints. I get 150+ish frames at 1080p on a bunch Call of Duty Cold war maps, and rarely dip below 120.
Super fast and cool running. Runs great off a 800 watt psu and never exceeds 70 C when benchmarking. Terrible numbers of stock provided though from manufacturers and suppliers.
Amazing graphics card…….. was super grateful I was actually able to order one……installed it in my Alienware aurora r9 and is running like a beast, card should last me for a while paired with a i9 9900k.
Excellent graphics card. Consistently runs 240-+ FPS on Warzone. Temperatures stay relatively low. Using a Ryzen 9 5900x combo with it.

The gpu is amazing. I can run games such as ESO at 115 fps at the highest settings and can run cold war at 140 fps.

The new 30 series of cards is incredible. I wish I could have afforded the 3090, but this card is great for anyone looking to game.
Rocks for 1080p gaming, will probably upgrade to a 1440p monitor soon and I expect it will be more than adequate for that as well.
This card are a beast. With it you can play almost every game in the highest graphics. With one of this card you can play on max settings but you will need to disable the antianalysing.
If you can manage to get one, this is a must-buy for PC Gamers. Performance is incredible even at 3440×1440 (ultra wide).
Built a new computer specifically for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Originally had an AMD 5700xt. It wasn’t any good. Then by chance I was able to order this card. Overall, I’m very happy with it. I’m able to get 30+ FPS in MSFS with high/ultra settings using 1440p.
This thing has some very heavy power requirements.

I’m an average gamer/ user. So no overclocking reviews here. System is running a x299 with k7850 cpu, and 24GB RAM. Runs awesome. Everything is smoother and faster after upgrading from a 1660.
This thing is a BEAUTY! Mainly play call of duty and I’m running around 170+ FPS in Cold War and 120+ in Warzone. Got this for myself for my birthday and am not disappointed one bit!
If you are looking for the best in gaming or work editing applications and price to performance isn’t your concern than this is the card to get!
Not a great value compared to the 3060ti if you’re going for 1440p gaming but okay in 4K. Still, better than not having a 3000 series GPU.
So lucky to get one of the cards for MSRp definitely an upgrade from my 2060 super. Feel so bad for the people who had to pay more somewhere.

This graphics card has a lot of power, I use it for my VR pc, I can play VR very well with no lag. I would definitely recommend this card.

-Out of the box with no changes to settings routinely boosts and sits around 1950MHz
-A little surprised there is no lighting on the card whatsoever
-Runs about 75C under load in a NZXT H500 which I think most people would consider a poor airflow case. Doesn’t seem to be throttling at that temp as boost clocks stay at 1950MHz
-Great performance 3440×1440 and 4K. A very worthwhile improvement over my 2080 which I sold for about half the cost of this card
Great performance, might not overclock quite as high as some of the other ones that allow higher wattage. But the artificial limit at 320w might get updated with a bios update, as the hardware can accept up to 375w. Either way, the difference between this and the highest end 3080 is less than 1%. No regrets, this is an awesome card.
MSI’s “budget” 3080 alternative is both silent and powerful but it does come with limitations
Pros:
– Very nice minimalistic design with neutral colors
– Out of the box performance is what you’d expect
– Extremely Silent!
– Twin 8-pin PCIe connectors. Not NVidia’s ridiculous 12-pin.
– Anti-sag bracket included with the card.
– Easy undervolt which brings performance gains and cooler temps.
Cons: – No RGB (if you need RGB in your card)
– Power limit is locked at 100% which limits Overclocking potential.
– OC version is mostly marketing (see point above).
– This thing is big. Not Aorus big, but you will need to be attentive to your case dimensions. (See pictures comparing to a Sapphire 5700XT Pulse)

Pros: very powerful card, with decent temps. I personally undervolted the card, to use a little less power and lower temps even more,
Overall Review: : Card is great, but check all the ports to make sure yours doesn’t have a loose connection.
